The intention
This work exists to hold a difficult interval without judgment: a second collapse, neither heroic nor final. It preserves the dignity of weight, and the quiet refusal to perform strength.
Station VII is kept here as a human measure of endurance. The figure remains unfinished on purpose, leaving space for what cannot be narrated and what does not need explanation.
The scene carries restraint as a kind of mercy. It lets the viewer stay with the fall, and with what rises afterward, without spectacle.
